Fatty acid

特性：脂肪酸是一端含有一个羧基的长的脂肪族碳氢链，是有机化合物，根据碳链是否含有双键，分为饱和与不饱和脂肪酸两大类。工业品多为混合物，主要成分为油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸、软脂酸等。为微黄色透明油状液体，凝固后成白色柔软固体。

Physical properties: Fatty acid is long aliphatic hydrocarbon chains containing a carboxyl group at one end, and are organic compounds that are divided into two major groups, saturated and unsaturated fatty acid, depending on whether the carbon chain contains a double bond.
